Animals do have a soul but they do not have the breathe, the divine intelligence and capacity for judgement that was only given to mankind. Upon death animal souls go to the ground where they will later be recycled (not judged) and that same program loop is given to another animal in a new body. This does not mean animals do not have their distinct personalities or preferences, it just means they are not at the same standard as humanity. Human souls however are judged upon death your spirit is at rest.

Bartie Musa Commentary: LORD willing this was edifying and gave distinction within Yahawah’s creation. As human beings we of course have a weightier existence. Mankind is truly the apex of Yahawah’s creation, and the Israelite man is the pinnacle of mankind, and Yahawashi is the pinnacle of the Israelite man. He is the most perfect, righteous amongst us who has ever lived, and the example Yahawah set forth for his sons (Jacob) to follow. While the rest of the heathen nations are to follow Jacob and animals to follow mankind, that’s the order and order will be restored. Amen!
