Bartie Musa Commentary: As we continue the shameful spewing upon thy glory series, where we continue to examine the inummerable crimes and atrocities of Esau Edom, we cannot gloss over or forget the apartheid regime that this man instituted right here in Babylon. Shortly after the civil war ended in 1865, Esau Edom could no longer openly enslave Judah like he used to. So now being the crafty, treacherous, hateful, oppressive Edomite that he is this man used crafty counsel and legal maneveuring to once again trap Judah in a cycle of bondage, oppression, and discrimination.
Esau edom essentially made it illegal to be so-called black, even naming the laws the “black codes”, when the black codes finished he became slightly more slick and instituted a series of laws and societal norms which would be collectively known as the “Jim Crow” laws/era. Jim Crow is another shameful spewing upon this man’s glory, one that did not finish until just 1965, which is not long ago at all. From the moment he stepped foot in Babylon, to genociding the Northern Kingdom and enslaving Judah this man has at every turn, every decade, every year shown his hatred and craftyness in oppressing the people of Yahawah bahasham Yahawashi. All of his actions will come down upon his head, when we think about Jim Crow just ending in 1965 that was such a short period of time ago it just goes to show how Babylon truly was built up, sustained, and deeply entrenched in the oppression of Judah.

THE JIM CROW REGIME — ESAU EDOM’S LAW OF APARTHEID
SHAMEFUL SPEWING UPON THY GLORY PT. 21
🔥 SHAMEFUL SPEWING UPON THY GLORY PT. 21: THE JIM CROW REGIME — ESAU EDOM’S LAW OF APARTHEID 🔥
📖 “Woe unto them… that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed.” – Isaiah 10:1
🧭 INTRODUCTION: FROM EMANCIPATION TO SUBJUGATION
After the abolition of slavery, Esau Edom did not relinquish control—he reconstructed it. The Jim Crow era was not a collapse of justice, but a reengineering of bondage under legal veneer. From Black codes and convict leasing to police terror and segregation, Esau devised an entire apartheid system to keep Judah in chains—physical, spiritual, and economic.
This was not incidental racism—it was architectural oppression, purposely designed to deny freedom, opportunity, and dignity to Yahawah’s people.
I. ⚖️ BLACK CODES: SLAVERY REBRANDED AS LAW
📖 “They build a garrison against the strong… they establish unjust decrees.” – Isaiah 10:6
- 1865–1866 Black Codes: Laws enacted following Reconstruction stripped freedmen of rights—no voting, firearms, jury service, property ownership.
- Legislated crimes like vagrancy and idleness were created solely to criminalize ordinary life.
- Arrest quotas ensured a perpetual Black criminal class, feeding the next stage of oppression.
These codes were disguised slavery—freedom reduced to myth overnight.
II. 🚨 CONVICT LEASING: PAID PRISONERS AS PLANTATION SLAVES
📖 “They are fast bound with the cords of their sins.” – Ezekiel 7:23
- African American men were arrested en masse for petty infractions and leased to plantation owners, railways, and mines.
- With no oversight, private contractors beat, starved, and worked prisoners to death.
- Alabama’s notorious Pea Island Camp had a 70% mortality rate; nationwide, tens of thousands died in convict camps.
This was slavery under a different name—blood for profit by paid-for criminals.
III. 🚧 SEGREGATION & APARTHEID BY DESIGN
📖 “He hath made void the covenant of thy servants.” – Isaiah 50:1
- Jim Crow laws (1877–1965) mandated separation in schools, theaters, restaurants, public transit, and restrooms.
- Signs read: “White Only”, “Colored”, codifying inequality into every part of daily life.
- State-enforced segregation caused generational educational gaps and economic suppression.
This was apartheid—an entire generation kept in spiritual and material darkness.
IV. 🔫 POLICE TERROR & EXTRAJUDICIAL VIOLENCE
📖 “They hunt our steps that we cannot go in our streets.” – Lamentations 4:18
- “Red Summer” 1919: over 25 major riots, thousands of Black victims attacked by mobs and police.
- Lynchings: Between 1882–1968 over 4,000 known lynchings; thousands more undocumented.
- State-sanctioned terror, directed at peaceful protest, education efforts, and Black political leaders.
Esau’s puppet forces were legal instruments of terror—white sheets hiding in plain sight.
V. 💸 DEBT & ECONOMIC DESTRUCTION
📖 “They have oppressed and spoiled the poor.” – Isaiah 3:14
- Poll taxes, literacy tests, and grandfather clauses prevented Black citizens from voting.
- Sharecropping trapped millions in cycle of debt, paying rent and crop fees that never ended: the “40 acres” promise reduced to “40 years of indentured poverty.”
- Business districts like Tulsa’s Greenwood were destroyed to suppress Black economic power.
Freedom made illegal; wealth punished as sin.
VI. 🏥 SPIRITUAL ERASES & CULTURAL BANS
📖 “They take away the key of knowledge…” – Luke 11:52
- Books were banned; Black history suppressed.
- Churches attacked during revivals, leaders threatened.
- Indigenous spiritual leaders arrested for practicing Yoruba, Vodou, Native ceremony.
Every cultural cornerstone suppressed—identity as control.
VII. 🧻 QUALIA & QUANTITIA: LIVED PAIN WITH NUMBERS
- 📊 4,000+ lynchings (1882–1968)…
- 📉 Black literacy rate dropped from 80% to 25% by 1900 under Jim Crow.
- 📆 1915–1965 segregation spanned 5 decades, spanning multiple generations of Judahite families.
- 💵 Sharecropping netted Black families under $5 a month (adjusted), if anything at all.
- 🏫 By 1950, 37 states banned integrated schooling; Black schools received 50% less funding.
- 🔫 Tulsa Black Wall Street massacre in 1921 killed 300+ and left 10,000+ homeless.
- 📈 Alabama convict leasing cost Black prisoners 8x more in risk and mortality vs. slavery survivors.
- 🚨 Police violence: Black Americans were 3x more likely to be arrested than whites for the same offenses under Jim Crow.
VIII. 🕊️ CONCLUSION: LIBERTY TURNED INTO SLAVERY
Esau Edom resurrected bondage under patriotic banners, legal codes, and cultural fear. He broke the covenant of emancipation and twisted scripture to justify injustice. Judah’s fight for dignity became a spiritual resistance against a system built on broken promises.
But the Most High sees every lash, counts every torn page of Black history, and the covenant breaker will stand judged.
🔥 ALL PRAISES TO YAHAWAH BAHASHAM YAHAWASHI!
Esau Edom’s Jim Crow regime is exposed. Its chains are breaking.
Shalawam! 🔥
Bartie Musa Commentary: Esau Edom’s Jim Crow era is just another shameful stain on his ignoble legacy. Yahawah bahasham Yahawashi allowed this man to be the oppressor, and he played his role perfectly. However he did not consider that the tides would turn on him, and now he is in the divine court of Yahawah his actions are being catalogued, charges are being brought up against him, and his sentence will be thermonuclear destruction for Babylonian Edomites, and 1,000 years hardcore captivity for the remnant of Edom which does survive WW3 followed by final judgement. All of this man’s actions, have earned him his judgement and Jim Crow apartheid is just another shameful spewing upon his glory.
All praises to Yahawah bahasham Yahawashi, reparations are coming brothers and sisters…from on high. The criminal WILL be put to justice for his centuries of oppression and hatred against the people of Yahawah bahasham Yahawashi, amen! Shalawam to the hopeful elect.
