The Day of the LORD is coming, it is the last day of Babylon and marks both the end of Esau Edom’s dominion, and the beginning of Jacob’s kingdom. The prophet Joel was given a terrifying vision of nuclear detestation thousands of years ago and described what he saw to the best of his ability. It is for these days when we know what Nuclear ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles) are that we can put the pieces together and fully understand Joel’s prophecy.

Bartie Musa Commentary: Thousands of years before the word “nuclear missile” existed the holy scriptures documented their coming in a detailed vision from Yahawah (god) to the prophet Joel. The nuclear missiles are unique in that this is the only time they will ever exist, even 1 million years from now in Yahawashi’s kingdom such weapons will never be again be created. The nuclear missiles are the arrows of Yahawah’s indignation and the instruments to bring about the end of Esau Edom’s dominion and the beginning of the kingdom of heaven. We’re not going to be worried about “nuclear non-proliferation” treaties in the Kingdom of heaven. In fact nuclear missiles is proof positive the heathens have ran wild and need to be under strict supervision at all times by Yahawah bahasham Yahawashi and the Israelites, and they will be post WW3. For now they will learn the consequences of their actions when their cities are burnt up by the work of their own hands, decreed by Yahawah’s judgement.

Joel 2 goes into great detail regarding the nuclear missiles and the day of the LORD. The prophet Joel was given the vision from Yahawah to see what would come about in these last days, and he described what he saw in the best way possible with the terms he had available to him. The nuclear missiles are unique, after the day of the LORD they will never be made again for the rest of humanity’s existence, the land before them is as Eden…and after them a desolate wilderness. This is serious stuff and coming down the pipeline, the scriptures were thousands of years ahead declaring the end from the beginning.

The prophet Joel saw it: the darkest day in human history. Yahawah’s judgment unleashed, Babylon consumed, Yahawashi returning in fire. Horses, chariots, ranks of warriors? He saw missiles. The second death — fire — after the first death by water.

Joel 2:1 — “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand.”
Joel 2:3 — “A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.”

🌑 PROLOGUE — THE UNSPEAKABLE DAY

Joel didn’t know the word nuclear 💣. He didn’t know “ballistic trajectory,” “hypersonic warhead,” or “detonation yield.” But in visions, he saw Babylon’s end:

Fire before. Flame behind.
Eden before impact. Wasteland after.
Chariots leaping, horses thundering, ranks of fire marching.

The day of the LORD is not spiritualized. It is a real day in history — the last day of Esau’s kingdom. The second death (by fire) that Yahawah decreed after the first (by water in Noah’s flood).

Joel says: “The land is as the garden of Eden before them.”

Babylon right now?

🌆 Skyscrapers, neon lights, highways stretching for miles.
🍞 Abundant groceries, farmland, ports, and cities buzzing.
🎭 Festivals, games, concerts, wealth, and comfort.

But once Yahawah’s decree is loosed, all of it vanishes in an hour (Revelation 18). The missiles leave nothing but silence, smoke, and shadows.

🔥 SECTION II — THE FIRE DEVOURS

“A fire devoureth before them, and behind them a flame burneth.”

This isn’t wildfire. It isn’t artillery. It is thermonuclear ignition:

🌋 Before = mushroom cloud & shockwave flattening all life.
🌪️ After = a trail of firestorms, winds hotter than furnaces.
🏚️ Desolate wilderness = cities erased, only ruins & ash.
🚫 Nothing escapes = not one neighborhood, not one skyscraper, not one data center.

This is why Joel says there’s never been the like, nor shall be after. Humanity will never again build or use such weapons. One last use — for Babylon’s end.

Joel describes them as warriors:

Horses running in ranks → The sleek missiles aligned in silos and submarines.
Noise of chariots leaping on mountains → The roar of boosters, the rumble of re-entry.
Mighty men climbing walls → Missiles breaching defenses, slipping past shields.
They shall not break ranks → Multiple-warhead payloads, each in perfect array.
They fall upon the sword, not wounded → Anti-missile shields fail; none are intercepted.

Joel used the language of war. Today we know it’s ICBMs, SLBMs, MIRVs. This is not imagination — it’s prophecy.

😨 SECTION IV — THE TERROR OF THE PEOPLE

“Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.”

Shockwaves collapsing lungs.
Radiation burns turning faces dark.
Millions trembling as alarms sound but no shelters suffice.
Panic spreading across Babylon’s streets as phones go dead and skies burn red.

This is why men’s hearts fail them for fear (Luke 21:26). This is the final humbling of Esau’s proud nation.

🕎 SECTION V — THE DIVINE PURPOSE

Yahawah is not random. Nuclear war is His judgment:

To end Esau’s reign (Obadiah 1:18 — Esau shall be stubble).
To avenge Israel’s blood spilled across centuries of slavery, lynching, prisons, and oppression.
To cleanse the earth for Yahawashi’s reign of righteousness.
To fulfill the Word — prophecy written long ago must manifest.

The missiles are Yahawah’s “arrows” (Jeremiah 50:9). They are not Russia’s, not China’s, not America’s. They are His weapons of indignation (Isaiah 13:5).

🌊 SECTION VI — FROM WATER TO FIRE

The first death = water (Noah’s flood 🌊).
The second death = fire (Babylon’s nuclear annihilation 🔥).

No third. No repeat. After the fire, Yahawashi reigns. The Kingdom of Heaven rises, eternal, never destroyed.

This is why Joel says there will be nothing like it again. Nuclear weapons serve one prophetic purpose — to burn Babylon in one hour.

Joel 2:32 — “Whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance.”

However the main culprit is Esau Edom, this is the man who invented nuclear missiles in the first place, it is only fitting that they drop upon his head.
