Bartie Musa Commentary: Today is Juneteenth a recent holiday which Esau Edom threw out there to placate Judah. It is a meaningless holiday tied to Babylonian history and unending racism. In reality the entire purpose of Babylon is a prison colony for the children of Israel. Judah was brought here on slave ships and under the thumb of Esau Edom was forced to serve in captivity. In 1865 Abraham Lincoln “freed” the slaves with the emancipation proclamation, however instead of it being the end of the nightmare…it merely became more subtle, insidious with Jim Crow, and systematic racism.
Nonetheless there are those who will celebrate this day as a victory, and proudly identify with their heritage here in Babylon. In reality to this very day Judah is still in captivity here in Babylon, and not a single dime of reparations have been paid. This is because what happened to judah & Israel here in Babylon was so immense and grotesque no amount of fake monopoly money can heal the wounds inflicted by Esau Edom.
