Bartie Musa Commentary: As you can see brethren, this is most definitely the Babylonian power structure fighting back and crushing dissent. I recall that Eagle King Trump was visibly upset about this and the online sentiments regarding support for Luigi Mangione. It is no surprise that the DOJ under his direction would pursue the death penalty in this case, the message is clear.
If you mess with the Babylonian power structure you WILL be put to the sword. If Luigi had murdered lets say an unarmed man from the tribe of Judah he might of only gotten probation. For him to kill a fellow Edomite, a CEO nonetheless is entirely unforgivable, this is just a further example of the two tear system of justice here in Babylon.
